Yeast will be a repitch from a wheat beer that was originally pitched with kolsch yeast but had a vial of irish ale added which is probably the dominant strain in the slurry. The wheat came out nice and clean.

Just found a bottle of this (I think, and there is another one in there) after drinking a Russian River Redemption. Remarkably similar to my palate right now, but I finished the former so I can't compare side to side.
