Ingredients:

15.0 lb (93.8%) Belgian Pils - added during mash
1 oz (100.0%) German Northern Brewer (9.6%) - added during boil, boiled 60 m
1.0 lb (6.2%) Belgian Candi Syrup - added to primary fermenter
0.0 ea Fermentis S-33 Safbrew S-33

rehydrated yeast, ripped into the wort immediately. added the syrup about 24 hours in while it was going good, within another 24 it was pretty much done, just cleaning up. transferred direct to keg. when young the bitterness was ungodly, but after only a week it is quite good. sweet and sexy body that does things to your tongue. good things. worth letting linger a while. the bitterness is woody and minty with a juicy finish and a warming calm feeling washing down from your tongue to your toes.
